≈ GOD'S PLAN OF SALVATION ≈

By nature, your heart runs from God and rebels against Him. The Bible calls this "sin.'" Romans 3:23 [KJV] says, "For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God." Yet, God loves you and wants to save you from sin, to offer you a new life of hope. John 10:10 [KJV] says,"I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly." To give you this gift of salvation, God made a way through his Son, Jesus Christ. Romans 5:8 [KJV] says, "But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us." You receive this gift by faith alone. Ephesians 2:8-9 [KJV] says, "For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast." Faith is a decision of your heart demonstrated by genuine repentance and changed actions in your life. Romans 10:9 [KJV] says, "For if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved." 

If you are choosing right now to believe Jesus died for your sins and receive new life through Him, pray a prayer similar to this, accepting Him and thanking Him for your new life." 

DEAR GOD, I KNOW I AM A SINNER. I BELIEVE JESUS DIED TO FORGIVE ME OF MY SINS. I NOW ACCEPT YOUR OFFER OF ETERNAL LIFE. THANK YOU FOR FORGIVING MY OF ALL MY SIN. THANK YOU FOR MY NEW LIFE. FROM THIS DAY FORWARD, I WILL CHOOSE TO FOLLOW YOU.

We believe:

• in the verbal inspiration and authority of the Scriptures.
• that God has preserved His Word for the English speaking people in the King James Version (1611) of the Bible.
• that the Bible reveals God, the fall of man, the way of salvation and God's plan and purpose in the ages.
• in God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit.
• in the deity, virgin birth and bodily resurrection of Jesus Christ.
• that salvation is "By grace" plus nothing and minus nothing. The conditions to salvation are repentance and faith.
• that men are justified by faith alone and are counted righteous before God only through the merit of the shed blood of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Justification established an eternal relationship that can never be broken.
• in the visible, personal and pre-millennial return of Jesus Christ.
• in the everlasting conscious blessedness of the saved, and the everlasting conscious punishment of the lost.

The Lord is continuing to bless us by opening up a lot of doors for us, and we are grateful for the opportunity to serve Him in whatever way and wherever He calls us and for the blessing of meeting lots of new friends. We look forward to receiving an even greater blessing from God as we continue on in service for Him.

Thanks to all of our friends, old and new, for making every year (going on 17) for Southern Accent incredible and a blessing. Also, thanks to our friends and families for the support that you've shown us all of these years.

We are available to schedule dates for church singings, revivals, homecomings, weddings, receptions, etc. We also take bookings for the following family-oriented events: festivals, family reunions/get-togethers, private parties, community events, radio stations, company functions, etc. Although we are a bluegrass gospel group, we do add some tasteful bluegrass tunes and songs to our performances for most festivals and non-church functions.

We would like to mention that any and all of the money from CD sales, love offerings, fees paid, etc., are used solely for maintaining a debt-free ministry, for upkeep of equipment and van, and expenses for travel. None of the money is used for personal gain - we believe that God will continue to bless us and take care of us collectively and individually just as He always has.
